Steps

First wash daal and add in cooker, add salt, turmeric and water and cook till one whistle.

Now heat a pan, add 2 tsp ghee,add cumin,garlic, onion, green chilli, ginger and saute it, add tomato, add some salt and turmeric, garam masala.

Add chopped palak, cover and cook it for 5-10 min.
- 4
Add boil daal in it. Palak daal is ready now, add some tadka and chopped coriander, serve with rice, raita or roti.
