Ingredients

Party Appetizer
  • 2 cansMinced Clams with Juice
  • 1 teaspoonLemon Juice
  • 1Onion Chopped
  • 4 clovesGarlic chopped
  • 1/2Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 teaspoonsItalian Seasoning
  • 3/4 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 2-3 dashesHot Sauce
  • 4 ouncesShredded Mozarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoonButter

  1. 1

    Simmer the 2 cans of clams with juice and lemon juice for 10-15 mins until the juice disappears

  2. 2

    Add the onion, pepper, seasoning, and saute in with clams and butter until veggies soften.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs
    Pour mixture into uncovered quiche dish and cover with mozzarella cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake in oven at 350 15-20 mins until top is golden brown.
    Serve with pita bread, pita chips, or crackers
