I made this for my daughter's Girl's Day celebration.

Cut the hanpen and cheese with a cherry-blossom shaped cookie cutter.

Dissolve a small amount of red food coloring with water. Dip the hanpen from Step 1 in the coloring solution.

Cut the cherry-blossom shaped hanpen in half and sandwich the cheese slice between the two hanpen slices.
- 4
Decorate the cherry-blossom tops with sesame seeds. Garnish with green peas if desired.
