Choco nutty Jamun Ice cream Bowl

For balloon bowl:- Chopped and Micro chocolate for 30 sec. Leave for 2-3min.Take a balloon apply ghee and spread melted chocolate on balloon. Allow it for 5min in fridge. Now take out and again spread chocolate for second layer.Mix walnut powder and desicated coconut in a plate n sprinkle. Again keep in a fridge to set chocolate. Aftee 5Min. Take out and cut ballon with scissor.And get nice chocolate bowl.

For coconut parfait :-Boil milk aad coconut powder condensed milk cream and stir. Now add desicated coconut and crushed cardamom.mix properly allow it to cool. Now add walnut for crunch. Let it cool 2-3hrs. in a fridge.

For Black berry Ice cream :- Boil milk dilute corn flour and GMS powder in a cold milk and add in a boil milk add sugar and stir. On slow flame. For 7-8min. Turn off flame allow it to cool on room temp. Transfer in air tight container and set in a freezer for 6-8hrs.
Ice cream base is ready. - 4
Now deseeds Blackberry. And saute with1/2tspghee and 1-2tsp. Sugar for 2-3min. Let it cool. Saute walnut crunch in a ghee.

Take ice cream in a big vessel.Add milk powder and purple colour. Beat with electric beater for 7-8min. Lastly add black berry pulp churn 1min and add walnut crunch. Mix properly and again transfer in airtight container and keep in a freezer to set Black berry ice cream. Black berry ice is ready.

Take coconut parfait in a Choco nutty bowl. Scoop blackberry ice cream and arrange in a bowl. Garnish with mint leaves and roasted walnuts. Yummy innovative Choco Nutty Ice cream Bowl is ready to Serve.
