Preheat oven to 165 degC

In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract chopped chocolate and sugar.

In another bowl, mix together oil, ricotta and add the eggs one by one until thoroughly combined.

Mix together the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and add the lemon zest.

Pour the batter to the baking tin. Bake for 60-70 minutes and this depends on your cake pan type. Do toothpick test, if there's still raw in the middle, add 10-15 minutes before doing another toothpick test.

Wait until the cake cool down before turning it out from the tin and served
