Add All-purpose flour, cinnamon powder, sugar, salt & combine well.

Now add vinegar, melted butter & mix well.

It should have a texture like that of bread crumbs.

Add grapes juice & knead well.

The dough should be firm & smooth, divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll dough round & flat, roll it around a cannoli form.

Seal the joint with very little water.

Deep fry in medium hot oil till turns golden brown.

Similarly, make the rest cannoli shells.

For the filling, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Mix everything to form a smooth filling. Pipe filling into cannoli shells.

Add chocolate chips & chopped walnuts to both ends. Dust some icing sugar.
