Pork Chorizo burgers

I am working on using up my frozen foods. I googled pork and chorizo and then used parts of the recipes to make burgers. If you like spicy hot, add some red pepper flakes or more sriracha to the meat mixture. If you don’t want spicy leave the spice out of the meat or put more spice in the Mayo .
Steps
- 1
Mix together the pork, chorizo, salt.
- 2
Add 1 teaspoon sriracha and 1 clove minced garlic to egg mixture and mix.
- 3
Add egg mixture and bread crumbs to meat and mix well by hand. (I use gloves when hand mixing,so I can’t tell you if a little sriracha would be noticeable to your hands.)
- 4
Cover meat mixture and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Make into patties. I made 8 burger sized patties. You could definitely make these slider size.
- 5
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha and 1 clove minced garlic in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. (This won’t keep forever, use within 5 days :)
- 6
Grill or pan fry to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7
Dress with Mayo mixture or condiments of your choice. I added the spiced Mayo, pepper jack cheese and caramelized onions.
