First of all, wash the spinach and dry it then chopped it. Now add mozzarella cheese in a bowl, add tandoori masala and walnut pieces and mix well. Now set this mixture aside.

Now in a mixer jar add chopped spinach, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, bread crumbs, and salt, and keep the mixer on the pulse and crushed it.

Now pour this mixture into a big bowl, add half-boiled potato mash and mix well.

Now make small balls out of the mozzarella cheese mixture. Put a large ball of spinach mixture with cheese balls in it and shape it into a patty. Now put all these patties in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Then heat the oil in a pan, add the prepared patty to it, and shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown colour.

Now our very healthy and delicious Tandoori Cheese Walnut Patti is ready to serve. Serve this patty with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
