Boil milk. Soak saffron in 2 tbsp milk. Chop all dry fruits.

Add rice in milk. Let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick. It will take around 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

Add sugar and mix.

Add soaked saffron with milk and chopped dry fruits. Stir.

Cook on low flame till it turn thick and sugar mixes well.

Serve chilled garnished with chopped walnuts.
