In a kadai, add the ghee, milk and sugar and keep on stirring till the sugar dissolves. Then add the milk powder in batches to avoid lump formation. Keep on stirring in low to avoid getting burned.

After 5 minutes, it will start leaving the sides of the kadai. Remove the kadai from the and allow to cool.

Make small balls, flatten it and top it with a pistachio. Peda is ready!!!
