Cut the steaks into strips, removing the fat, and season them.

Place them in a pan and sear. Add the bell pepper and mix. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the onion and salt or chicken bouillon to taste. Mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes, and it's ready.

Serve. You can accompany with some refried or mashed beans, rice, or spaghetti.
