4boiled eggs
1 cupgram flour
as per tasteSalt
as requiredRed chili powder
as requiredChopped fresh green coriander
as per tasteBlack pepper
as requiredCooking oil

Boil the eggs. After peeling it divide it into two parts.

In a bowl, make a paste of besan add all dry ingredients to it.Mix it well and dip these eggs one by one and shallow fry it. Serve it hot with any sauce.
