Soak one cup of rice in water for at least 5 hours.

Blend to fine consistency.

Now add half a cup of desiccated coconut. Again blend by adding little water. Remove the batter to a bowl and form a flowing consistency batter. keep it aside for 30.

Heat a nonstick dosa pan. Pour little batter on it and spread all over. Cover and cook for 1 min.

Remember not to cook neer dosa from Both sides. Serve with Chutney, sauce, or masala potato.
