Take besan cornflour in a mixing bowl add all ingredients n mix it well except oil n water

Then add water mix it well with the help of water heat the pan add the oil then place small round shape pakodi in the pan with the help of fingers fry it till golden brown
Pakodi is ready serve hot with chutney n sauce
