Ingredients

  • quarter kgTamarind
  • 3 glassesWater
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • quarter tspsalt
  • half tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash well tamarind then soak it in 3 glasses of water until it gets soften.

  2. 2

    Debone it. Then put on stove to cook.

  3. 3

    When water remains half then add sugar, salt, red chilli powder in it

  4. 4

    Cook until water almost dry. And thick paste of tamarind forms. Ready
