Marinate chicken and deep fry until golden brown. set aside.

Prepare schezwan sauce by this recipe

In a wok, add garlic, saute and add all sauces, stock and cook for a while.

Add seasonings, capsicum,fried chicken and button red chillies and mix well.

Thicken the gravy with cornflour mixture and keep stirring. Serve with egg fried rice
