Eggless Walnut Brownie Cake

Eggless Walnut Brownie Cake are super fudgy and moist brownie with chocolate flavor and goodness of walnuts.
This recipe is very simple with no much whisking. Sieve dry ingredients into a bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk just to combine, add walnuts and spread into baking pan. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes to let it do its job and let it cool for 30 minutes. And then there you go, moist brownie cake ready to savour as it is or with a scoop of vanilla Ice-cream.

Preheat oven to 180 deg C. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan and line with baking sheet.

In a large bowl sieve all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk everything to combine well.

Add in water, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract and whisk until well combined. Add in chopped walnuts tossed in flour and mix.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 deg C for 30 minutes until top is dry and edges have started to separate from the pan. Let the pan cool completely for 30 minutes.

If baking sheet is covered even on the sides, you can lift the brownie off the pan by lifting the baking sheet. Cut into Squares.

Enjoy Brownie as it is or serve with Vanilla Ice-cream drizzled with chocolate syrup.
