Take a large bowl and mix flour and salt.With a hand grater,grate frozen butter in flour and mix with hands

.In another bowl add water and lemon juice and mix.Then add lime water and knead to make it a dough

Wrap it in cling foil.
Keep refrigerator for 1 hour - 4
Take the dough after 1 hour and with the help of a rolling pin make a circle
Cut out small circles with the help of a circular cutter.Make neck of swan with hands.Brush them with egg wash - 5
Place them in baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on 200C and than reduce the heat to 170C and bake for further 5 minutes
Decorate them with cream cheese frosting.Delicious and yummy CREAM PUFF SWANS are ready😍😘
