Mango rose cake
Steps

First serve refined flour, baking powder and soda in a bowl

Take another bowl add mango puree, powedered sugar mix it well.

Add refined oil mix it.

Add refined flour mix gradually not all together. 2-3 tbsp at a time.

Whisk it in one direction thoroughly.

Whisk at least 4-5 minutes so that no lumps remain.

After that add vanilla or mango essence mix it well.

At last add vinegar or lemon juice.whisk it

Batter should be smooth and fluffy.

Place butter paper on tin or vessel you use for baking.

Grease it with oil or butter.
Pour batter completely.spread uniformly. - 12
Pre Heat a kadhi for 10 minutes.

Put the tin or vessel in it.
Cover with lid - 14
Bake for 20 -25 minutes at low heat.check with toothpick whether it cooked or not.

When toothpick comes clean.
Take out and cool for 5 minutes. - 16
Tap with hands. Cakes comes out. Now decorate as you want.

I use to decorate without any cream. Cut mango as regular.

Take one piece cut it into thin strips. Same process with other.

Put it on cake shape it like rose.
