Ingredients

  1. 3-4large red peppers cut in half and grilled. Char skin removed
  2. 1stall of leek grilled. (Or a half a small onion)
  3. Garlic shoots grilled (or roasted / grilled garlic bulbs)
  4. 1/4-1/2chicken broth
  5. 1/4-1/2 cupheavy cream
  6. to taste Salt and pepper

    Grill ingredients and remove red pepper skin

  2. 2

    Blend everything on high for several minutes
