Fluffy & Delicious French Toast

I've been making French toast for a long time. One time I left some leftover bread in the egg liquid for a long time and the French toast I made with it was so fluffy and delicious that I have been making it this way ever since (when I have the time).

1* Cut the bread into 3 cm slices.
2* Flip the bread once halfway through cooking.
3* After you flip the bread, cover the pan with the lid for even fluffier French toast.
*If you want it moist and dense, increase the number of eggs (use 3 small eggs). Increase the milk to 180 ml. Add as much sugar as you like. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221
