Mango Undampori (Fried balls)

Undampori is a tea snack available in the tea shops of Kerala. It's an easy preparation usually made with wheat flour/ maida, banana, and jaggery.
During this mango season, I tried a variation of the same with ripe mangoes.
Do try it. it's very simple and very tasty.

Steps
- 1
Grind the mango slices in a mixer without adding water.
- 2
To this add the rest of the ingredients and grind it to a thick paste. No need to add water. Adjust the sweetness if necessary.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. Take a spoon full of the mixture and pour it into the hot oil. Fry till golden brown in color. Each time while pouring, dip the spoon in a glass of water so that the mixture doesn't stick to the spoon.
- 4
Drain the oil and enjoy the fried mango balls with tea.
