  1. 1/2 kgRaw mango -.(cut into small pieces)
  2. 1/2 cupGarlic (crushed)
  3. 1/4th cup -Salt
  4. 1/4 cupMustard powder
  5. 2 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspTurmeric
  7. 2 tbspFenugreek powder
  8. 11/2 cupMustard oil -

    Heat oil in a pan,add grated garlic into it and cook for 2 min.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.

    Take a bowl and mix all the dry spices.

    Take mago pieces and rest of the garlic cloves, sprinkle dry spices over it and mix.Now add oil into it and mix.

    Fill the pickle in clean glass jar.
    Keep the pickle jar under sunlight for 3-4 days.You will see oil on top of the pickle.
