Lehsuni mango pickle is very tasty,spicy and tangy in taste.First time I ate it at my aunt's place.I learnt it from my aunt who is from Andhra. Garlic in mango pickle make the pickle more tasty.You can eat it with rice,pulao,paratha,puri etc.

Steps

Heat oil in a pan,add grated garlic into it and cook for 2 min.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.

Take a bowl and mix all the dry spices.

Take mago pieces and rest of the garlic cloves, sprinkle dry spices over it and mix.Now add oil into it and mix.

Fill the pickle in clean glass jar.
Keep the pickle jar under sunlight for 3-4 days.You will see oil on top of the pickle. - 5
Now it is ready to eat.
