Cut keri in four pieces. Add 1cup salt. Steam it, to soft. Now spread on tray and allow to dry in sunlight.

In pan, roast sauf, meethi dana, sabut dhania, zeera,rai, ajwain for 3mint. Blend it

In wok add sarso oil, fry keri and close stove after 3 mint. Allow to cool. Now add blend masala, add crushed chilli, salt and kalongi.

Mix well. Place in jar. Serve with khichri, paratha, daal chawal.... and Enjoy!
