First take small amount of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan & add gram flour to it. Roast it at low flame. Now add slowly rest of ghee to it & keep stirring continuously.

After some time gram flour starts turn in light brown in colour & a nice aroma comes out from it. All process should be done at low flame otherwise it may burn. Now it will release some ghee. Switch off the gas. Let it cool.

Now add cardamom powder & chopped nuts to it. When it is little warm add powdered sugar/ boora to it. Rub it well. Don't mix sugar in hot otherwise mixture will become runny. Now make balls of it & store in a airtight container.
