Fry onion and ginger garlic paste then add chopped tomato, green and red and black chilli, salt then cover it for 10 min then add potatoes then cover it for 15 min then garnish with coriander

For palao
Fry onion and zeera then add water, rice and salt then cover it for 15 min it's ready
