Ingredients

  1. 1 sliceSliced bread
  2. 1Butter
  3. 1Pickled plum (remove the pit and chopped and smashed)
  4. 10 gramsShirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
  5. 20 gramsPizza cheese (or melting slice cheese)
  6. 1 smallamount Aonori

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Spread the butter and pickled plum on a bread slice and sprinkle with shirasu.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the pizza cheese (or melting slice cheese) and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with aonori, and it's done.
