I bought something called "Carrot shirishiri sauce" at the supermarket, and copied it by tasting it.

Thinly slice the carrots diagonally, and julienne finely. Beat the eggs.

Heat a pan and add the oil from the tuna can (or use vegetable oil) and stir fry the carrots.

When the carrot has wilted, add the tuna and mix it in. Add the ★ flavoring ingredients.

When everything is evenly flavored, pour the beaten egg at once. Stir with cooking chopsticks.
