preheat oven to 350°

mix together herb rice, c.o.c.soup, juice from 1 lemon and 2 cups of water in backing dish

lay chicken on top of rice mixture then add panko bread crumbs on top of chicken.

cook 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and crumbs are brown.
