Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupbesan
  2. 1-1/2 cupghee
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. as requiredPista flakes for garnishing

    Heat a pan add half cup ghee. Ghee melted than add besan and mix it well.

    Stir continuously for 20-25 minutes, while ghee look separate from besan, smell comes and colour has been light brown.

    Turn off flame.

  4. 4

    When mixture are little warm add cardamom powder and mix it well. Let it proper cool.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar powder and mix well with hands.

  6. 6

    Now binding the mixture in round ball shape. Garnish with pista flakes.

  7. 7

    Make all ladoo and enjoy it.
