Ingredients

20 laddus
  1. 4 cupsGram flour (Besan)
  2. 1 cupGhee
  3. 2 1/2 cup Sugar (powdered)
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a flat bottom pan, heat 1 cup Ghee.

    Once the Ghee is hot enough, add Besan and mix it well. Keep stirring it till the colour of Besan changes.

    Then add Milk and switch off the Flame. Mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Keep the mixture aside and let it cool.

  5. 5

    After the mixture has cooled down completely, add powdered sugar and Cardamom powder. Mix it well.

  6. 6

    Now, make medium sized round laddus and Enjoy. If you want you can also garnish it with pista and badam (Pistachios and Almonds).
