Ingredients

  1. 1 cupThick Besan
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered Sugar
  3. 1/4 cup+1tbsp Ghee
  4. 4-5Cardamom
  5. PinchTurmeric powder
  6. 7-8Cashew Nuts
  7. as required Silver Varakh and pistachio for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Roast besan Add turmeic powder and dry roast for 4-5min. Add ghee and stir cont. till looks loose. Now add chopped cashewnuts and 1tbsp. ghee. Mix properly and stir continuesly till fregrance release. Turn off flame.Transfer in a Thali or paraat.Allow it to cool completely on room temp.

    Now mix cardamom powder and barik sugar. Mix properly. And make a laddoo. Laddu is ready.

    Take a serving plate and serve.Garnish with silver varakh and chopped pistachio.Yummy Delicious Besan Laddu is ready to serve.
