This looks like lemon-basil chicken sold at the supermarket.

This is an ultra easy, anyone-can-do-it recipe. Feel free to cut the meat as you wish, or leave it uncut. For a rich taste, serve with butter like I do. Recipe by Otunu

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsChicken thighs
  2. 1 tbspLemon juice
  3. 1 tspDried basil
  4. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces. Put in a plastic bag along with the lemon juice, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Rub and set aside.

  2. 2

It's fine to add a generous amount of basil (enough so that you're wondering if you've added too much). This gives the chicken a distinct basil flavor.

  3. 3

Marinate for 10 minutes (to half a day in the refrigerator) then cook. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
