To make this for my kids home economics class at school... I'd heard that it becomes crumbly but I'd never actually tried it. I finally tried it for myself and was fairly surprised!

At any rate, just cook it well. It'll definitely become crumbly! Use whatever you like for the ingredients. Recipe by Chikayan

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 200 gramsHot cooked white rice
  2. 1Egg
  3. 2 sliceBacon
  4. 2 stickAsparagus
  5. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  6. 1 dashSoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips. Peel the root ends of the asparagus and cut into 1 cm long pieces.

    Beat the egg and add salt and pepper. Then mix into the rice.

  3. 3

    Heat a frying pan and add the bacon and asparagus. Once they've cooked, remove and set aside.

    In the same frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add the rice from Step 2 and cook.

  5. 5

    Once the rice has become crumbly, add the ingredients from Step 3 and combine. Drizzle a bit of soy sauce and mix together briskly.
