I added some brussels sprouts into a pasta that I make often.

I cook the pasta a minute less than the directions listed on the package. I start sauteing the pasta ingredients only after adding the cooked pasta into the frying pan. Recipe by Mawaru7

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsPasta
  2. 8to 10 Brussels sprouts
  3. 1 canCanned tuna
  4. 3 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tsp◎ Yuzu pepper paste
  6. 1Black pepper (coasely ground)
  7. 1Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pot. Cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. Drain the canned tuna well. Once the water boils, add salt and cook pasta.

    Add ◎ into a frying pan, and evenly distribute the yuzu pepper in oil. Once heated, place the cut parts of the brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook.

    Once they start to brown, flip them over, and combine well with the tuna.

    Add about 30 ml of pasta water and cooked pasta into the frying pan and mix. Adjust taste with salt and black pepper. It's done.
