Take the Soya, carrot and capsicum and add to a cooker with open lid to boil with 200 ml water for 7-8 mins

After the mix has boiled, strain the water and let it cool for 10mins meanwhile chop onion and garlic

After 10mins remove excess water from Soya and the blend the mixture in the blender until fine.

Stuffing preperation :Heat 2Table spoon ghee on a pan and add 1 tbsp jeeera and garlic and chopped green chilies after the ghee is hot

After the garlic 🧄 gets little brown add chopped onion and saute for 2-3mins

After onion are little brown add spices - 1 tbs chilli powder,1tbs Coriander powder,1/2 tbs turmeric, add 3-4 tbs of water for cooking the masala.

After the masala is cooked add the Soya mixture and mix well.let is cook for some time. Add kasuri methi, Maggi magic masala and soya chaap masala and let it cool.

Stuff the parantha mixture and prepare the parantha.serve with curd and butter as per your liking.
