Steps

Mix your butter and icing sugar until fluffy

Add in your flour to make a dough
The dough should be slightly sticky and also don't forget to add the flour bit by bit - 3
Add in 1/4 + 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
Mix to form a dough - 4
Here is what our dough will look like (at this point you can refrigerate for 10 minutes if your dough is sticky)
At this stage you can also divide depending on what you want to add...maybe nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips etc - 5
Divide your dough into 2
1 for oat sprinkle the other 1 for sugar sprinkle
Add your oat and mix - 6
Roll it using a parchment paper or use clean nylon
Sprinkle your sugar and also add more oat if you use.... - 7
Cut into different shapes and bake
