By far one of the best breads I have made!

Living in the United States has its positives and negatives. One of the negatives of living in the United States is missing out on easy access to the most common traditional things my country has to offer, like our bread. Pita bread is an essential item in every Arab woman's kitchen, so today I made this for my husband because my loving husband eats our bread with E-Bhi-E-Aur-Y-T-Hai-I-And-G so I researched a lot of recipes till I came up with my own that felt like the perfect fit for me. I hope you like it! ❤️

I have tried many different potato salad recipes b4 n after this one but through the years this has always stayed my favorite by far :-)

This was a spin off of a failed attempt at pretzels that I ate at the Hofbrauhaus in Munich, Germany. I love pretzels buns too so it turned out great.

This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home.

Very good pizza dough. I always make this in batches ahead of time & freeze them. One of the best doughs I've ever tried.

This is a stable meal for many blsck South African. It reminds of the food my mom used to prepare for our trip to my maternal granny. it was always accompiened by grilled chicken, a feast!!!
