Super Easy Tips for Store-Bought Instant Yakisoba

I was watching my mom make yakisoba and this was her style.
Be sure to open the bags of noodles before you put them in the microwave.
Heat until they're pretty hot.
If you put the yakiniku sauce on when you eat it, you can taste both strongly flavored and lightly flavored bits. Personally, I prefer it this way. Recipe by Shijimi24

Steps
- 1
These are your usual yakisoba noodles.
- 2
The hint I was talking about is written on the back of the package.
- 3
Get everything ready that you want to put in. We're not adding water, but we want the moisture from the veggies. If it seems dry, add just a little bit of water.
- 4
If you're using a non-stick frying pan, you can stir-fry the meat and vegetables without oil. Get the noodles ready while they're frying.
- 5
Cut open the ends of the bags of noodles and heat them up in the microwave. It takes 3 minutes for 3 bags in mine.
- 6
Put the noodles in the frying pan. Notice how the noodles have untangled? When the juice from the stir-fried veggies has evaporated.
- 7
Add the powdered seasoning that comes with the noodles. If you're making salt-flavored noodles, it's done. If you're making sauce-flavored noodles, mix in the yakiniku Japanese BBQ sauce here, or you can drizzle it on when you eat it.
- 8
The one in the photo doesn't look very appetizing, but the noodles are delicious and not soggy. Serve with a sunny-side up cooked in the microwave, if you like.
