Ingredients

20 cookies
  1. 1 2/3 cupsflour (200 grams)
  2. 1egg
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar (110 grams)
  5. 1 packetvanilla sugar
  6. 1/2 cupsoftened butter (120 grams)
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. 3/4 cupchocolate chips (150 grams)
  10. 10marshmallows cut into small cubes or mini marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

    Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Add the egg and mix.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix.

    Add the chocolate chips.

    Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour (at least 30 minutes).

    Form balls incorporating 4 to 5 mini marshmallows inside each.

    Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing the balls as they spread during baking.

    Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C).

    Let cool completely before handling the cookies as they are still fragile when they come out of the oven.
