Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel your potatoes, cut them into chips size. Wash them with through and pat them dry.
- 2
In a cooking pot, add enough vegetable oil and turn on the heat. Leave it for a few minutes for the temperature to raise. Test if the oil is hot enough with one piece of the chips..
- 3
Add in enough to cook but don't overcrowd the pot.
- 4
Let the chips cook without turning it for a few minutes like 5 minutes.
- 5
Turn the chips and when it's ready repeat the process until all is well cooked
- 6
Once it's ready, let the cooking oil get a little bit hot for 1 minutes then add in the already cooked chips to achieve the crispy texture and also helps get rid of the excess cooking oil
- 7
Serve with your favorite accompaniment. Did fried beef and coleslaw. Enjoy

Sweet Potato Chips Sweet Potato Chips
I love the salty butter flavor of "Osatsudoki" snacks, and wondered if I could recreate it at home. I gave it a try and my family loved it.☆So I published the recipe. If you slice the sweet potato too thick, it's difficult to quick-fry. Please be sure to adjust the flavor in Step 1. I added salt last, and it was nothing but a lump of salt in the end.I'm scared of flying hot oil, so I combined the oil and the sweet potato together. The oil doesn't have to be pre-warmed for you to be able to quick-fry. Homemade Tortilla Chips Homemade Tortilla Chips
Simple salt-flavored tortilla chips weren't available in my neighborhood before, so I've been making my own chips for a while. They're a hit when I serve them to guests with avocado dip, so this has been in my standard repertoire for 12 years. If you are using store-bought corn tortillas, cut them into triangles with scissors. In Step 3, if you find the tortilla mix hard to handle, coat your hands in oil and roll it into balls.Since the chips are served with dip, I didn't salt them. They are delicious when freshly fried, and simply flavored with salt and spices of your choice.Spread the mixture thinly for crispy results. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan
