Favourite easy to make for my boiled rice, learnt this dish from my mum at my young age, it's yummy that have never let go

Ingredients

  1. 300 gliver
  2. 3tomatoes chopped
  3. 2onions chopped
  4. 1green capsicum chopped
  5. 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2tspn cooking oil
  8. 1/4tspn ginger powder
  9. 1/4tspn garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean liver and in a pan on a source of heat let it cook until it dries up it's water

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and salt, let's fry for about 3 minutes under low heat add onions and let it fry for about a minute

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, garlic and ginger fry till it forms a paste

  4. 4

    Add capsicums mix well for about a minute as they cook then add coriander mix well as they cook for about a minute

  5. 5

    Switch of the source of heat and it's ready to serve while hot
