I just love this recipe. My mum used to cook us mashed potatoes. Today I cooled with fried liver.
Mashed Potatoes With fried Liver
I just love this recipe. My mum used to cook us mashed potatoes. Today I cooled with fried liver.
Steps

Chop the liver and boil for 15 mins under high heat. Chop the onions and tomatoes.

Drain the excess water, then add oil for frying just abit though.

Let it fry for 3 mins then add onions. Allow to fry more then add tomatoes.

Stir the liver then add capsicum then salt.

Add a little bit of paprika and royco then stir well.

Let it cook for around 5-10 mins under low heat. Remove from heat and cool

Mash the potatoes then add blue and and a pinch salt. Mash more to be more fine or smooth.

Serve with warmed fried liver.
