My mama cooks it this way and made me enjoy eating liver.

Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/4kilo liver
  2. Capsicum
  3. leavesCoriander
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1Onion
  6. 2Tomatoes
  7. Black pepper powder
  8. 2 Tblscooking oil
  9. Garlic and ginger crushed
  10. Turmeric

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    If you can peel the liver's skin then cut it into desired pieces

  2. 2

    Cut the onion, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Put your cooking pan on stove, pour in the oil to heat and start frying the onion then the garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, capsicum, turmeric, salt and black pepper after which add in the liver and fry till nicely brown. I like it like this if it's for breakfast

    You can now add tomatoes to cook and serve with ugali or your choice
