Ingredients

1 serving
  • 200 gramsHot cooked white rice
  • 2Eggs
  • 1Green onion (parsley)
  • 20 gramsButter
  • 1 dashSalt
  • ●For the sauce:
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 1 tbspJapanese Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbspTonkatsu sauce
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1dissolve in an equal amount of water Miso 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the butter rice. Combine the rice and 10 g of butter in a dish and microwave for about 2 minutes. Then use chopsticks to whisk well.

    Add the ● ingredients to the dish and mix well, then microwave for a 1-1.5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the two eggs and salt to a bowl and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add butter to a frying pan warmed on high heat, and add Step 3 before the butter melts. Use chopsticks to whisk quickly in a circular motion.

  5. 5

    Once the eggs are soft-set, place on top of the rice. Top with the demi-glace sauce, then garnish with the green onions (or parsley) and it's complete.
