Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1/4 cuppissi hoi sugar
  3. 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  4. 1 pinchbaking soda
  5. Melted ghee itna add krin k smooth dough ban jaiy
  6. 1egg yolk for brushing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingredients well
    Shape it, brush with egg yolk
    Baking tray mein rakh dan

  2. 2

    Preheated pateely mein baking tray rakh dan, bake for 15 to 20 minutes on medium low flame.

  3. 3

    Baking tray ko nikal lan.
    Room temperature pa a jaiy tu ready to serve.
