During the lockdown, my child insisted on having pastry. Since the bakery was closed, I made bread pastry at home, and everyone liked it.
Cooking Instructions

First, mix the powdered sugar with one tablespoon of water in a bowl to prepare a syrup.

Remove the crusts from the bread. In a bowl, mix the cream, powdered sugar, and malted chocolate drink powder, and beat well.

Cut each bread slice into two pieces. Pour the sugar and water syrup over each piece to ensure the bread doesn't taste bland. Then, apply the cream, malted chocolate drink powder, and sugar mixture to each piece of bread. Stack the bread pieces one on top of the other. I made a pastry with 4 slices.

Finally, spread the remaining cream and malted chocolate drink powder paste over all four slices of bread. Cover the bread completely.

For the top decoration, I used strawberry syrup mixed with cream. You can decorate it any way you like. I used silver balls on top, but you can use jam, jelly, or anything else to make homemade pastry. Thank you.
