Have your non-stick Wok with Lid ready,place One slice of thick bread into the Wok and then add One tablespoon of Olive Oil too One side of the slice of bread,then turn the oiled side over. Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Mascarpone Cheese too the dry side of the slice of bread and then add 4 thick strips of Mature Cheddar Cheese (100g).

Too the other slice of thick bread add One heaped teaspoon of Wholegrain Mustard,spread it evenly on the One side and then place it down onto the other part of the sandwich.Add One tablespoon of Olive Oil too the top of the sandwich and then place the lid on and gently simmer for 10 minutes,after 10 minutes turn the sandwich over and then gently fry on the other side for 5 minutes.

After that 5 minutes on One side, take the Wok Lid off and then move back the top slice of bread and then add half of the grated Mozzarella Cheese,place the toasted slice of bread back over the top and then gently fry with the lid on,for a further 5 minutes.Done in 20 minutes add the cheesy toastie sandwich too a serving plate,serve or allow too cool and immediately get on with making the other One.The ingredients are for 2 toasties.
