Slightly peel the bitter gourds. cut it from the centre don't separate there parts.Wash and rinse it well. In a pan stir it with oil. Keep it aside.

In the same pan add all ingredients and stir it well. After cooling down use this mixture for stuffing.

Then again keep these filled bitter gourds gently in a broad Kadai or pan along with oil. let it cook for a while. Quick stuffed bitter gourds are ready to serve.
