Do you know that asparagus is a lower risk of depression? As an excellent asparagus source of folate, according to a scientific article published in 2008, folate may also reduce the risk of depression. It may do so by preventing too much homocysteine from forming in the body. Homocysteine is an amino acid that can block blood and nutrients from reaching the brain. If too much homocysteine is present, it may also interfere with the feel-good hormones serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine production. These hormones regulate mood, sleep, and appetite. It's low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate, and vitamins A, C, and K. Additionally, eating asparagus has several potential health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes, and lower blood pressure. And asparagus cream soup is one of the best options for winter soup!Recipe by @Simple_Woman23Dec 8th, 2020#asparagus #cream #soup #sup #krim #asparagus #delicious for #winter #sup untuk #musim #hujan atau #dingin #cookpadcommunity#cookpadcommunity_USA#cookpadcommunity_Indonesia ZahraS_23 -

Cheese Cream Soup Pasta Cheese Cream Soup Pasta
There's a spaghetti soup dish served at pasta restaurant chain called Goemon in Japan. I saw on TV that the secret ingredient was miso, and wondered if I could easily make this at home. I gave it a shot using what was in the refrigerator. If you don't have a 800 W microwave, then increase the microwave time while observing carefully. Heat it for about 2 minutes if the setting is at 600 W. Since you will be simmering the vegetables later you don't need to fully cook them through. Use whatever you have left in your refrigerator for the vegetables, such as carrots and cabbage. I also think it would go well with seafood such as salmon and scallops.
